Why You Should Keep Moving While You Age #shorts
As we age, we all deal with more and more and more pain and tightness on a daily basis.
But my goal is to hit the gym every day, to undo some of the damage from sitting for 8-10 hours at work.
But, what if you don’t?
Well then slowly but surely, you’ll start to lose mobility, lose muscle, and gain unwanted fat.
That gradual decline will start to compound, the longer you let it go.
It doesn’t have to be this way. You can slow the progression of aging and you can absolutely extend the quality of your life well into the latter stages.
You just have to put forth the effort every day.
I implore you to start moving today. Don’t wait to make it a New Year’s Resolution.
