Have you heard of the “Hero’s Journey”?
There’s a book with that title by Joseph Campbell, which describes the archetype of a hero, and the journey they go through in the stories and movies we all love.
Typically the journey starts with the protagonist of the story in the normal world, which they then get thrust out of by some outside force, and then go through a process of trials and tribulations and an ultimate rebirth as a hero.
In this clip from the @SelfFunded with Spencer podcast, I share with my guest @RyanJamesMiller that his own story reminds me of the Hero’s Journey.
