I recently sat down in the studio with my producer Nathaniel Smith and gave him free reign to ask me any question he wanted.
This is a question that people in the industry might assume everybody knows the answer to, but it can be confusing to those just starting out or employers going self-funded for the first time. And, as I share in the clip below, the answer isn't as clear-cut as you might expect.
